Delete Your Account
Your whole account, your whole data — gone whenever you say, no hoops.
Your KaunHoTum account is yours — and so is the right to delete it. Two routes: inside the app (instant) or by email (within 30 days).
Route 1 — inside the app (fastest)
Still have the app? This is the most direct route — deletion is immediate and permanent:
- Open the “Main” tab in the app.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Account delete karo” (or open “Tumhara data, tumhara haq”).
- Tap “Mera poora data delete karo”.
- Confirm with “Haan, sab delete karo” — done.
The app's buttons are written in Hinglish in every edition — the labels above are exactly what you'll see on screen.
Route 2 — by email (no app needed)
Uninstalled the app or can't sign in? Request deletion by email:
- Email grievances@sagewabbit.com from your registered email address.
- Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
- We verify it's you by replying to that same address for confirmation.
- After confirmation, deletion completes within 30 days.
The email must come from the address your account was created with — we can't act on requests for someone else's account.
What gets deleted
Deletion is immediate and permanent — there is no undo. It removes:
- Your account and sign-in
- Your profile and all photos
- Quiz and layer results
- Matches and likes
- All chats and messages
Only the audit/legal records the law requires survive (such as your consent record and moderation records) — with the reference to your account removed.
Have an active subscription?
Billing runs through Google Play, so deleting your account does not cancel a subscription by itself. Cancel it separately in the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions — otherwise Google will keep charging.
