The Fine Print

The notice below is in English — it is legal text, so it stays the same in every edition.

  1. What you're paying for

    KaunHoTum charges for exactly one thing: access to new matching. Access means three curated people a week — with the weekly-introductions purpose switched on, we introduce you ourselves, no waiting for a like back — and a cycle in which no match lands is not charged for. Chat is free, and there is no per-message charge. The quiz, your result, and every personality layer are free forever, for everyone — they are never for sale.

  2. One price, every gender

    Both plans and both prices are identical for every user, regardless of gender. There is no free tier for one gender and a paid tier for another.

  3. What you see is what you pay

    The price shown is the final amount. Nothing is added at checkout.

  4. Match-gated charging — no matches, no charge

    A cycle that produces zero matches is waived and is not treated as owed. Store subscriptions renew on the store's own schedule and we cannot stop a renewal mid-cycle, so if a waived cycle was billed to you, write to us and we refund it in full.

  5. Fewer than promised — made good automatically

    The weekly people are assigned by us, so delivery is our responsibility — not luck. If a cycle delivers fewer people than promised, the shortfall is repaid automatically on the billing rail that charged you: your renewal moves out by the part you did not get (a renewal deferral on Google Play, a renewal-date extension on the App Store). No request, no support ticket. And a cycle in which no match lands at all stays waived, as before.

  6. Cancel and refunds
